needa.show has no user accounts, advertising trackers, analytics SDK, payment system, or server-side watchlist database.

Information stored in your browser

When you save a show, its title is stored in your browser’s local storage under the needa.show domain. This information stays on that browser unless you clear site data. It is not transmitted to a needa.show account or database.

Routine hosting logs

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may automatically process routine technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, and security events. These logs are used to deliver and protect the site and are retained according to provider operations and legal requirements.

Google Fonts

The site currently requests font files from Google Fonts. When your browser makes that request, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser headers. Google’s handling of that information is governed by its own privacy terms.

External links

“Find viewing options” opens a third-party JustWatch search in a new tab. needa.show does not receive information about what you do there. JustWatch and any streaming service have their own privacy policies.

Cookies and tracking

needa.show does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies and does not build cross-site profiles. Because we do not perform behavioral tracking, browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change site behavior.

Children

The site is a general-audience recommendation tool and is not designed to collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can erase your saved list by clearing local storage or site data for needa.show in your browser. Blocking local storage prevents the watchlist from persisting. Blocking Google Fonts will cause the site to use fallback fonts.

We may update this policy as the service changes. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to hello@needa.show. Because the current site does not maintain user accounts, we may have no account record to locate or delete.
