needa.show is an independent editorial film-and-television discovery tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any studio, network, streaming platform, title owner, ratings provider, TMDB, or JustWatch.

1. Acceptance

By using needa.show, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The service

The site provides subjective recommendations, concise catalog notes, approximate time-commitment guidance, and title-search links for locating lawful viewing options. “NEEDA PICK” identifies needa.show editorial opinion. A separately labeled discovery score is an algorithmic ranking derived from attributed source metadata, not an official studio or age rating. The site does not host, stream, embed, upload, or distribute films or television programs and does not provide torrents or piracy links.

3. Catalog policy

We do not intentionally catalog pornography or explicit-adult entertainment. Mainstream titles may nevertheless contain violence, language, sexuality, substance use, or other mature themes. Automated exclusions are imperfect. needa.show is not a parental-control or age-rating service. Check official ratings and trusted parental guidance before family viewing.

4. Accuracy and availability

Premiere years, runtimes, genres, descriptions, scores, availability, and other details may be approximate, incomplete, source-supplied, or outdated. Streaming catalogs change frequently. Verify important information with the applicable rights holder, rating authority, data source, or streaming service.

5. Third-party rights and data

Film and television titles, character names, company names, service names, source data, and trademarks belong to their respective owners or licensors. References identify and discuss the relevant works or services. No affiliation or endorsement is implied. Source-specific notices and license terms apply where identified. The needa.show interface, original copy, original editorial descriptions, selection, organization, and code are owned by needa.show or its licensors; third-party material is excluded.

6. External links

The site may open a title search on JustWatch. We do not control third-party availability data, privacy, security, content, or terms. External use is governed by the third party’s policies.

7. Permitted use

You may use the site for personal, lawful, noncommercial discovery. You may not attack it, bypass security, misrepresent affiliation, reproduce protected material at scale, or use it to infringe another party’s rights.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, or noninfringement. needa.show will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use, recommendations, or external links. Rights and warranties that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
